Email in case nobody pickedup an extension or hung on when voicemail started

Description

A lot of times customers don't want to leave voicemails so they simply hangup when voicemail starts. Some customers hangup if nobody picks up the phone after a few rings. There should be an option to send email or text message to the callee that somebody called from so and so number but hung up on voicemail start or after 4 rings.
