Add "Export to Phones" link to Asterisk Phonebook

Description

I've added a feature to the "Asterisk Phonebook" module. This feature allows an end user to export the phonebook into files that Polycom phones will load upon booting. I'm going to be working on adding support for Aastra phones in the next few weeks.

I've added and tested support to export the same list to Aastra phones. It requires the addition of the following line at the bottom of the aastra.cfg file:

#<-Anything Below This Line Will Be Replaced By The Phonebook>

I'm currently finishing off the support for Linksys phones.

I'd suggest closing this. It hasn't been touched in 2.5 years since I submitted it.

Let's include this in Endpoint Manager, or integrate or something.

Why do you want to close it?

I'd actually forgotten that I opened it. If you're interested in including it in the project someplace then I'm not opposed to updating the patch to integrate in the Endpoint Manager.

I would simply comment that it should be flexible if integrated into endpoint manager. There are likely users who would not want it to be done (don't use phonebook, etc.) and may be doing there own thing.

So why was this moved from 2.10 to undetermined? It seems a good idea. The thought of integrating it into OSS Endpoint Manager is even better.

It is undetermined because its low priority at this point
