FOP stopped working

Description

I never touch the server. But somehow FOP stopped working. Now all it does is the green lights blink green/red/green/red...

that's a duplicate but don't have the ticket number off hand. Search the ticket system for a FOP patch from about 2 weeks ago and you will see the files you need to grab, or wait a day or 2 and we'll be getting a new framework out for 2.4 which includes the new fop. The issue is the flash player update in the browser.
