he is referring to a module that I made available to Open Telephony Training Seminar participants that provides an ability to detect and report extension numbering conflicts on behalf of the DUNDi cluster. So for example if you have ringgoup 200 exposed to the cluster at branch office B, and you try to create conference room 200 at branch A, you will get a conflict reported not allowing you to create that conference (or what ever you are creating). It also has a simple GUI similar to the CLI module that lets you simply check numbers and see what is reported back.
