Upgrading core yipes custom cdr settings

Description

If you do not use asteriskcdrdb for your cdr database name when you upgrade core (I think its core) your changes get wiped out of admin/cdr/lib/defines.php I happen to use a totally separate server and db name. I have created a couple of patches for amportal.conf and defines.php This fixes the problem. I made them against svn

this looks reasonable, but can you also patch apply_conf.sh so that if you do this from the get-go, at least with MySQL, that it updates cdr_mysql.conf including all the new fields that you added? That is what takes the amportal.conf settings and generated the cdr_mysql.conf file changes.

I'll add this now without the change to apply_conf.sh since it is pretty special case but would like to see that added in and we can get it in.
