Clear Destination and Clear Destination & Submit does not work

Description

Go to Inbound Routes, select one that has a Destination, click on either the link Clear Destination or the button Clear Destination & Submit. The destination is never cleared.

(In [7046]) fixes #3299 Submit & Clear not functioning - issue was register_globals = On was maksing the bug
