Description

When create a new extension the Voicemail & Directory are not active. The voicemail are not created.

the directory is not created until the first time the voicemail box is accessed, that is how Asterisk operates.

Replying to celosam:

When create a new extension the Voicemail & Directory are not active. The voicemail are not created.

When i upgrade to 2.5.0.4 the extensions are not created correctly, reinstall 2.5.0 and the probleme is solved. My ticket is not invalid and i use a IBM XEON x3200 system. Look the attachment. Thanks.

as p_lindheimer said, the vm dir's aren't created till they are accessed. What your screen shot show look like an old bug that was fixed pre 2.5. What version of freepbx are you running?

you should try to be more clear on what your issue is when you report a ticket. "When create a new extension the Voicemail & Directory are not active. The voicemail are not created." Sounds like the voicemail and it's directory structure were not created in the file system, which does not happen until a voicemail is first left for a user.

I have changed your description based on the image and what you appear to be saying to: "enable voicemail select box leaves voicemail fields disabled on new extension creation" I believe that is what your issue is from the image.

(In [7098]) fixes #3311 revert r7001 re #3266 introduces faulty javascript on new extension/device and doesn't work in those cases either

we understand there are sometimes language barriers - however, it is important especially in such cases to try and be explicit about the issue. (screen shots as you did, find other colleagues who can help better articulate the issues, etc.)
