fax-process.pl patch for failed fax

Description

Sometimes, Spandsp fails to receive a fax and write a TIF file of 8byte size. With this little patch the fax-process.pl do not consider the files under 2kb and so no email is sent. A lot of my customers had this problem and asked me why they must receive a corrupted PDF if the fax failed, so now no more messages with nothing inside.

I've had faxes come in that are less then 2K and are still valid faxes. (Or they were right about 2K anyhow).

Question - is there a conclusive way to determine if a fax failed vs. guessing by the size. If no, then is there a more deterministic size then 2K which seems somewhat random, to determine that.

Even if a fax fails part way through, there may be CID info or TIN info that was received that is valuable to the recipient and should be forwarded.
