fix for FOP incorrectly showing Zap extensions as trunks

Patches two things:

- Extensions in zapata-auto.conf being treated as 
trunks in Flash Operator Panel


- defining a zap trunk (zaplines) entry in this file 
(e.g. with a nicer button text) now blocks the same 
zap channel from being duplicated with the default 
button text being just the zap channel name.  Now it 
keeps the text you define as the button text.  Usefull 
for when you want each of your zap channels to show 
the phone number associated with it, for example.

note: the code parses the a@h config 
\etc\asterisk\zapata-auto.conf parsing and not the 
\etc\asterisk\zapata.conf parsing (non-a@h).  Same 
code fixes should be tweaked there as well.
