Add some Agent Restrictions to queues

Description

currently all queues are sent to Local/agent_num@from-internal which is the equivalent to dialing a number from a phone in your pbx. If you have a follow-me or call forward, it will follow that.

The feature request is to put a little more control on how extensions are dialed as well restricting a queue so that ONLY extensions can be dialed by the queue. The options that I will put in first are:

  • Current mode, any number can be dialed
  • a mode similar to ringgroups, where only the extension is dialed, CF and Follow-Me are ignored
  • a mode similar to above, but where ONLY extensions will be reached, no outside numbers or non-extensions.
