Voicemail Instrutions in vmx locater check box works the opposite of what it says

Description

The directions indicate checking the box will get the standard Allison voicemail instructions after your message where as un-checking it will give you just a beep. It works opposite of that right now.

This effect the voicemail module and ARI.
