allow moh (or other choice) for music subdirectory vs. hard coded mohmp3

Description

Up until now FreePBX has hardcoded the music subdirectory to the 1.2 default of mohmp3 despite the fact that Asterisk has defaulted to moh since 1.4. It's about time that we make this flexible vs. having to copy/link to moh.

Marking as a bug though it's a grey area feature request to change this. Will make an amportal.conf variable to define the subdirectory being used. Will default to mohmp3 for backward compatibility if not set in the amportal.conf file. Will make moh the default in amportal.conf template for new installs.
