This is because the following is being unset in settings.module (line 681):\r\n\r\n{{{$_SESSION['ari_user']['outboundCID']= $outboundCID;}}}\r\n\r\n($outboundCID is never initialized_ hence it afflictively unsets $_SESSION!['ari_user']!['outboundCID'])\r\nCommenting out this line_ allows the queries to be the same everytime.
