Description

It would be very nice to optionally have a recording at the end of each queue call that agent receives, so the caller can rate, let's say, from 1 to 10 the quality of the service (treatment) offered by the agent to the caller, and report this somehow.

This should be easier as of Asterisk 1.6 where you can run an agi after the call
