Description

I noticed today that our Elastix 2.0 system did not prompt new voicemail users to change their password and record their name and greetings. This was because Elastix has chosen to not set forcename=yes or forcegreetings=yes in the /etc/asterisk/vm_general.inc file.

After manually editing the file, I thought that it would make sense to have these options included as part of the "General Settings" module, in the "Voicemail" section. That way users could enable the (IMHO) helpful system walkthrough for extensions whose password is set to their extension number. This is particularly helpful when a new employee starts. I can imagine this would be used by hotels that offer voicemail, too.
