Cannot log out when using a Webkit browser

Description

When using a Webkit web browser (Chrome/Safari), you cannot log out of FreePBX. Even if you click log out, you can still click, say, the admin tab and have full access to FreePBX.

(In [12394]) closes #4680 - seems this work ok in the latest iterations
