Option for CDR entries in paging and intercom

Description

When users are paged it generates multiple entries in the CDR table. Usually Paging entries are not preferred in display as 1) They are internal calls 2) mostly not counted towards billing 3) If the page group is large(which is usually the case), it generates lot of useless entries

So, there should be an option in GUI ( mostly as a part of Paging and Intercom module) which will allow user to specify whether they want to log paging entries in CDR or not be a good idea. That way who want paging entries in their CDR will be happy too.
