I would like to see if folks would be willing to move
the version from the database to a file.  Right now, I
have to bootstrap ARI, get everything running, and make
a database connection before I can make any decisions
on what to do to handle different versions of FreePBX
in ARI.  Would be much nicer if I could just check a file.

version.txt is now created in AMPWEBROOT/admin/ when install_amp is run
