Add new device in "User and Device Mode" does not work

Description

When I add a new "Device" in "User and Device Mode", after I click submit button, i just got a blank page

Disabling Endpoint Manager will make it work.

I don't understand how this error keeps coming up and I keep fixing it. Is something changing in Device & User mode that I am un-aware of?

nothing is changing in device and user mode. ping me later this weekend or next week if you want someone to go over it with to see what the issue may be.

I figured out the issue.

Replying to p_lindheimer:

nothing is changing in device and user mode. ping me later this weekend or next week if you want someone to go over it with to see what the issue may be.
