Use 'defaultuser' instead of 'username' for sip peers

Description

I found this is /var/log/asterisk/full I'm running Asterisk 1.8

chan_sip.c: The 'username' field for sip peers has been deprecated in favor of the term 'defaultuser'

While it doesn't hurt anything, it's a deprecated option.

we'll monitor this in connection with what happens in 1.10 since it's likely a change like this will end up being supported in Asterisk for quite some time to come, there are some other examples of such changes which end up sticking around for more than just one major release.
