Please expose all the features of amportal.conf

Description

At the top of the database generated amportal.conf file it says "All settings can be set from the Advanced Settings page accessible in FreePBX".

This is in fact not true. There are a whole bunch of settings which are no longer accessible that were before this change.

In my case I want to customize the logos. There are only 4 or 5 settings in the Advanced Settings GUI whereas in amportal.conf there are many more than that.

Also, in amportal.conf there are settings for FOP directory but if I want to use FOP2 instead and integrate it I have to do it some other way because I don't have access to that in Advanced GUI either.

So you should either remove the misleading statement that all features are accessible or (Preferrably) make all features accessible.

amportal.conf had been depreciated and is no longer used by FreePBX. It has been implemented as write-only for the sake of any 3rd party applications that may be using it. If you are aware of any 3rd party modules that are RELYING amportal.conf, please contact them directly and encourage them to use the new bootstrap stuff to access the advanced setting.

I'm not sure which logo setting you are missing, there was extensive work dome on the branding side of things. Nevertheless, if there is something specific that you would like to see, feel free to open a feature request for it.

Duh,

The setting I missing were: Display Readonly settings > Change from False to True Override Readonly settings > Change from False to True

So now that I can see everything and can screw things up as much as I want I am happy ;)
