add codec Siren7 and Siren14 to the codec list

Hi,

it is possible to add the Siren7 and Siren14 codecs to the audio codec list of the SIP settings page?

The codecs are free available via the Digium homepage.

Can we get this ported back to 2.9?

Is it possible to have the list populated based on the actual capabilities of the Asterisk server? It would save this sort of bug report in the future as more codecs are added.
