Add option to add "C" option to Queue application

Currently, when you add a queue, you end up with a dialplan line similar to the following:- 

Queue(100,t,,,50)

...depending on the options you set, of course. What I'd like to be able to do is to add the "C" option to this call. From "core show application Queue", "C: Mark all calls as "answered elsewhere" when cancelled"

Enabling this option would have the effect that missed queue calls would *not* show up in the list of missed calls for at least Snom and Yealink phones.

I'm not immediately certain which versions of Asterisk support this option - I have seen a bug at Digium logged for it in 1.6, so it would be safe to assume it's available in 1.6 and 1.8.
