Module Admin Infinite Loop

Description

Tested with Firefox 7.01 and Chrome 14.0.835.202 m

When you update a module it continually loops through the downlog dialog box. You have to cancel out then apply settings.

can you be more specific. I just upgraded the sysadmin module and it worked fine. I did just try to upgrade the framework module and it seemed to hang, I need to look into that as it had loaded fine as a tarball. Was that the problem or were you having a problem with a different module? (Because in this case, there is probably something with the framework module which is likely related to the packaging tools that have been modified and still have some bugs being ironed out.

ok definitely need more details to triage this. I just faked out my version so it would re-download and install framework again and it worked fine. The previous incident could have been because my system has various mods being I'm doing dev work on it, or it could be because there were newer libraries since I only faked it out, though nothing should have changed on module admin related ones, or it could be that it worked last night and it was just late and I thought it did not. But … more details will help to determine what is going on with your sytem and address it.
