create sip extension callerid bug

Description

if i update a sip extension, the callerid doesn't work anymore. if i export all extensions, then reload all extensions, my caller id works again. the only thing i changed was vm deactivate from freepbx.

i have 2 different pbxes, with the latest versions of freepbx. both have these same exact problems. i am using grandstream gxw4024, qty 5 of them.

by reloading, i mean delete all extensions and restore.
