DISA unable to dial single digit numbers (i.e., 0, 1, 2, 3, etc.)

Description

I created a DISA. When I use it, I can dial any number on my system and any external number. However, if I dial 0, I get a reorder.

This happens even though 0 is a Ring Group that rings every phone on my system, and I can successfully dial 0 from any other system phone.

In addition, if I dial 0 from a DISA that has the hang-up feature enable (press * to make another call), that feature does not work if I dial 0.

I also have a paging group defined as "00." If I dial 00 from the DISA, it works just fine.

Following up on this ticket, it appears that the problem is the dial plan for DISA. The dial plan appears to require at least two digits. If you dial any one-digit number, you get a reorder, and the new call feature (invoked by dialing an asterisk), won't work to get out of the reorder.
