In our retail environment, we have about 10 phones in one of our Queues.
Due to call volume at some of our locations, this line of Tills with phones is usually ringing. Because of this, pages that are made do not get sent to those 10 phones and free staff in the front of the building are not able to hear it.
Enabling the Force page feature achieves the goal except that I DO NOT want it to page extensions that are currently connected with a call/channel.
Please add an option to include Ringing phones.
I'm sure this still applies to FreePBX 2.10 (which we'll be moving to in the near future). So I'll leave the version set to 2.10 even though we're currently running 2.9
