Conference fails when no default_user settings applied with ConfBridge

Description

In Asterisk 10 if no settings result in a CONFBRIDGE(user,xxx)= setting being set then the conference fails with no default_user profile available. We need to configure a blank profile to address this which still allows the _custom.conf file to have other default settings applied to the conferences. The GUI settings will still override these for an individual conference if set from the default.
