Can add devices to endpoint manager

Description

We are running FPBX 2.10.07 on Centos 5.8 & asterisk 1.8.11 Endpoint manager version is 2.10.3.9

We cannot add any devices to endpoint manager

Whenever we try to add a device via the nmap search in the endpoint manager, it logs us out of FPBX altogether, and we go back to the initial login screen!

If we try to add a device manually, we get "cant load autoloader" at the top of the screen in red.

We also have the same problem with endpoint version 2.10.3.7 and 2.10.3.6
