Recording priority doesn't work

Description

Setting the record call priority doesn't seem to work. In my case I have all recordings set to 0 except those that I do NOT want to record, which are set at 20. The problem is, they still record the calls anyway. I must manually go in and delete all the calls from those users and try to do so before the wrong people find them and listen to them. That's not cool.

The extensions set to NEVER record with a Priority of 20 still record almost all types of calls.

What type of calls does it record. The priority will not effect if you have call recording set at the inbound route, queue or ring group level. Those will take precedence over anything set in a extension.
