PHP Info mod replacing Ring Group

Description

This module seems to conflict with Ring Groups. It appears as part of the Setup options and not the Tools options and once installed seems to replace Ring Groups, which doesn't display but clicking on PHP Info gives ring group options plus errors.

Can you have a look at the screenshot. The original problem is fixed but this problem is now there.

Changed to "tools", and display phpinfo in an iframe.
