Add Group Pickup to Feature Codes

Description

Would it be possible to add the "group pickup" feature and possibly a "directed pickup" to the "feature codes" as part of the core module.

Directed pickup is now available in 2.2.0beta1. Group pickup is set in the features.conf file and therefore the feature codes mod will probably need to rewrite this .conf file.

I believe both are there and 2.5 fixed the directed call pickup issues with ringgroups and similar, so closing as fixed.
