When re-visiting configs in FreePBX that you haven't looked at in a long time, sometimes its difficult to recall what certain extensions/ring group/queues are for. Especially when you deal with multiple PBXs with multiple customers. It would be handy if there were an entry box where a user, when entering in the configs, could key in some data about a specific config that would show up each time they looked at it to remind them what it was for.
IE "This ring group is for John Smith to ring his desk and softphone at the sametime"
or "This queue was entered to allow the support team to access their voicemail"
I try and keep as many notes as possible... but notes get lost. Having a spot to enter and save them in the PBX itself would be handy.
