A callback will call back the caller after hangup. This is useful for reducing mobile phone charges as well as other applications.
- Inbound Route DID numbers are set to a Callback destination (ie: DISA)
- Inbound Route CID numbers are set to a Callback destination (ie: my voicemail box)
Outbound calls will proceed according to the dial patterns in Outbound Routes.
