The general project support policy is to support the current and previous version of FreePBX. Most security issues are fixed in some of the previous versions as well. Reported bug fixes will typically be fixed in the current stable release or beta/RC release if a current new release cycle is underway. Most non-critical bugs will NOT be applied to the previous release and often the solution to get a bug fix will be to upgrade to the current release.
