Preventing calls from being transferred to paging extensions

Description

I noticed that a call can be blindly transferred to a paging extension. Often my users unvoluntarily do this mistake. This leads to a big confusion since there seems to be no way of re-picking the call that wnt to the paging extension. I think this should be prevented or, at least, it would be useful to have a simple way to prevent calls from being transferred to paging extensions (and maybe other type of extensions?). (In [11639]) closes #2110, adds new context from-internal-noxfer-additional and re-arranges intenral dialplan to keep these out of transfers, moves more contexts to auto-generation and re-arrange extensions.conf overall
