tabindex missing form some fields

Description

Tabindex is still missing from the following:

  1. Devices - submit button
  2. Users - submit button
  3. Feature codes - submit button
  4. Outbound routes - pinsets
  5. Outbound routes -trunk sequence
  6. Time Conditions - Associate with
  7. General Settings - Country Indications

Enclosed is a patch for country indications

mbrevda,

your indications.diff patch won't work. Either pass it in by reference (&$tabindex) or make it global (like I did with drawselects).

considering that I don't know how to do either one, I've pretty much come to my end of the rope on this feature.

I think I got most of them so I'm going to close this. However, I have a suggestion. Because of the odd behavior and unpredictably numbering of gui elements plus the various hooks, I would suggest changing all of the tabindex and set them all to '1' except submit buttons, which can be set to '2'. This will make it tab in logical order on the screen and should address the issue with hooks and gui elements. That is how it mostly is on the users, device and extension screen and it works.
