3456,Caller ID Lookup Source for Callback?,mmikrut,,Hello_\r\n\r\nWe currently use FreePBX 2.5.1.0\r\n\r\nWould it be possible to include a caller id lookup source in definition of callbacks so a CID lookup is performed and customer id from the lookup is displayed when callback call is sent to a destination?\r\n\r\nI am trying to implement a crude 'callback queue' where customers who call for support get a called back and then the call is placed on a queue. Unfortunately there is no way to perform caller id lookup so our staff know in advance the userid for customer who is in callback queue.\r\n\r\nThis improvement would be greatly appreciated :)\r\nAlternatively is there a way to hack into system to achieve the desired effect?\r\n,Feature Requests,new,minor,Undetermined,Callback,,,callback_ cid lookup,,Unreviewed,,All,,,
