In the ARI if you click on Call Monitor and then Settings and then back to Call Monitor again, the SQL Query is different. This is because the following is being unset in settings.module (line 681):

$_SESSION['ari_user']['outboundCID']= $outboundCID;

($outboundCID is never initialized, hence it afflictively unsets $_SESSION['ari_user']['outboundCID']) Commenting out this line, allows the queries to be the same everytime. I'm opening this up for discussion to see if we can come up with a better way to handle this as commenting something out isn't necessarily ideal.
