chan_gtalk integration

Description

Create a new module for configuration of general settings in jabber.conf and gtalk.conf, necessary for a chan_gtalk trunk.

Then add gtalk as a trunk type in the Trunks module.

deferring this for now to a later Milestone as we are getting filled up with many other changes for 2.9. We are very open to pulling this back in if someone wants to do the work and get it back into the release, otherwise, time is running short.

I installed this module from the given link http://www.freedoh.net/googlevoice

Once activated on a brand new install of 2.9.0.7 it killed all admin web functions. Server will return HTTP 500 for all but front page.
