creating a new extension with voicemail enabled dosn't work, grayed out options, and creates an empty [] context in voicemail.conf

Description

I have 6+ AsteriskNOW deployments running FreePBX versions from 2.9.0.rc1 to 2.9.0.2 Systems with RC1 work fine. Systems with 2.9.0.2 when new extensions are created and you set the voicemail status to "enabled" in the gui, the other options remain grayed out so you cant set the voicemail password or context etc. at this point hitting submit creates the extension but the voicemail.conf file gets set of [] above the new estension and when checking voicemail users will get the "I'm sorry an error has occurred". If you remove the empty square brackets then all is well. Editing and loading existing extensions that have voicemail already enabled don't seam to be a problem.

I also notice that files like "extensions.class.php" and "components.class.php" appear in 2.9.0.2 that are not in 2.9.0.rc1 perhaps the issue has to deal with these changes. But I don't know.

I just tested it on 2.9.0.2 and I can't duplicate it. What browser are you using?

The original issue was with the voicemail module (#5072) and was fixed in changeset r12002. Assuming that the issue your describing is the same, double check to ensure your voicemail module is up to date. If not can you let us know what version of voicemail you are using as well as the browser as mickecarlsson asked for.

Im having the same problem. Am fully upgraded currently on 2.9.0.4

I have the option "Show all Device Setting on Add" enabled.

I have discovered this problem only occurs when "Require Strong Secrets" is set to false. If I set it to true then the bug goes away.

I have applied r12002, bug still evident.

Voicemail module 2.9.0.5

Bug appears on both chrome and IE9

Have installed on 2 servers with identical bug evident.
