Description

I did a new install of PiaF, then applied a restore from an existing install so I could upgrade from Asterisk 1.4 to 1.8. After everything was working well, I upgraded to FreePBX 2.9. After testing that all worked, I upgraded to FreePBX 2.10BETA2 (Yes, beta 2). After applying updates to that, I get the following error:

Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 255

exit: 255 PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function queues_list() in /var/www/html/admin/modules/ivr/functions.inc.php on line 40 1 error(s) occurred, you should view the notification log on the dashboard or main screen to check for more details.

On the system status page, I get: Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 255 Added 1 minute ago (freepbx.RCONFFAIL) I've tried to do the force update of the IVR module, but that didn't fix it.

Do you have the queues module installed?

I just updated/enabled the queue modules, and that fixed the issue. I don't think I had used the queue modules on my old system. Since I'm using virtual machines, I'll check within the next 24 hours. Thanks

I started up my original system, and found that I had the 2 queue modules disabled. Not sure if this will be a problem for others as they migrate to FPBX 2.10 (Beta2), but as suggested, the work around is to enable queues to remove the original error I posted.
