Can Not Create Backup

Description

I am on FreePBX 2.10 using the backup and restore module version 2.10.0.25 Whenever I try to create a backup the following occurs.

FATAL ERROR REPLACE INTO backup (id, name, description) VALUES (, 'The Daily Off-site Backup', 'The Daily Backup') [nativecode=1054 ** Unknown column 'description' in 'field list'] Trace Back /var/www/html/admin/modules/backup/functions.inc/backup.php:180 die_freepbx()

Please uninstall and resintall the backup module and report back if still experiencing an issue
