EPM not pushing device specific voicemail number | date & timeformat

Description

I was trying in EPM to overrule the voice number for 3 endpoints from *97 to *98699 , I unchecked the freepbx controlled checkbox but the system continues to generate the file with *97

I am using Cisco SPA504G Phones

System is running freepbx distro up to date:

In the spa$mac.xml I see following code:

	<Voice_Mail_Number group="Phone/General">{$vmail|*97}</Voice_Mail_Number>

In the popup there is a use of : voicemail_extension ?

I have also a similar issue with Date Format & Time Format on the phone but I worked around it with creating a onw template:

	 <!-- Timezone Stuff -->
...
  	 <Date_Format>day/month</Date_Format>
	 <Time_Format>24hr</Time_Format>

I was thinking that the system also has to get that from some global settings, system is in freepbx global on 24h and Belgium.

Thank you. Fixed voicemail issue and added the time format and date format into the file
