End Point Manager: Unable to change device template

Description

I am running PBX End Point Manager v2.10.3.7. I created a new template, but I am unable to change the template on any devices or select the template when I create a new device. New devices get templates like "Custom-0004F228426B".

How are you trying to change it? What is preventing you from changing it? An error? Please be more detailed in your response.

I don't see any way TO change the template. I'm not getting an error, I just don't see how it can be done. I've attached two screenshots. I hope they are helpful. Thanks!
