Purchasing Commercial Modules

To purchase a Commercial Module for FreePBX or PBXact, please follow the following steps to buy the module from the Sangoma Portal Store:

  1. Register your FreePBX systems. Normally, you do this when you install it. But it you haven't already registered, please see:  Registering your System for Commercial Modules
  2. Log in to the Sangoma Portal here: https://portal.sangoma.com/index.php/login/  If you don't already have an account, sign up for one for free here: https://portal.sangoma.com/index.php/login/register  This is where you will find the FreePBX Store.
  3. After signing in to the Sangoma Portal, you will see icons on the left of your screen. Select the Store icon ( or just click here: https://portal.sangoma.com/index.php/store/displayStore)
  4. At the top of the Store page, there is a menu of items. Select "FreePBX Systems and Software"
  5. On the following page, you will see the default menu for FreePBX items. Under the tabs on the left of the menu, click "FreePBX Commercial Modules a la Carte" if you wish to buy just one (or a few) modules. To buy a Bundle (which offers a number of popular modules in packages at a significant discount), select "FreePBX Commercial Modules Bundles".)
  6. You will see a list of all modules available for purchase. You can select these and add them to your cart. 
  7. If you like, you can select on the left tab to display only the modules with a one year or 25-year license.
    1. The one year license must be renewed each year, but includes support, and is significantly less expensive than the 25-year license. 
    2. The 25 year license will work for 25 years, but after the first year, support must be purchased to get updates and access to Sangoma support in case you have a question or problem about it.
  8. After you have added everything you want to purchase to your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right to check out.
  9. When you have paid for your license, you must then install it. To do so, see: Installing Purchased Commercial Modules
