Installing FreePBX Official Distro
FreePBX is relied on to run over half a million phone systems, and has been downloaded over 5 million times. If you are new to FreePBX you can get started quickly by downloading and installing the FreePBX Distro. The FreePBX Distro is an all in one platform that installs everything you need to build a phone system. Once You have a basic PBX in place you can add Commercial modules to add advanced features to an already feature rich base install of FreePBX.
The easiest way to install FreePBX is to download one of our ISO versions, burn it to a CD and then boot up your system from that disk. Your system will then reformat the disk and upon completion, you will have a fully functioning FreePBX Distro ready to configure your phones and trunks.
