The updated rpm is now named:

fop2-fpbx

Name was changed as the rpm is not compatible with the old (beta) one. Please try:

yum install fop2-fpbx

fop2-fpbx 64-bit rpm

asternic,

Is it possible to get the 64 bit rpm uploaded as well? I am running FreePBX Distro 1.814.210.58 x64 bit architecture. I see it is available on your website, but would prefer to install it via yum if possible. Thanks!

Hi Jeremy,

I did send the .rpms to Tony so they can build the 64 bits version. But it seems they forgot/are too busy to package it. I will see if I find the time to install the 64 bits distro so I can build it and send it already cooked/packaged.

Thanks! I appreciate that

Thanks! I appreciate that very much. I know Tony and his team work very hard on the FreePBX Distro. It is an outstanding project that reflects well on their hard work. Hopefully this rpm can make it into the repo soon.

Regards,

Jeremy

Yes you did send me a source RPM but I have had no time to get that done. Just to many irons in the fire already. Sorry

UT50 timing device not compatible with distro

Just a follow up to my earlier post in this thread. Unfortunately the "UT50 USB timing device" is no longer compatible with the FreePBX distro as it does not work with Dahdi 2.6. Can anyone recommend a low cost Sangoma card that would work with the distro and provide timing to our system? We don't connect to the PSTN so it's only about providing proper timing to the system.

Does anyone know if we can

Does anyone know if we can compile the voicetime driver with Dahdi 2.5 and use it in the distro with Dahdi 2.6?

errors loading the rpm?

Thanks for putting the 64bit rpm together, but it looks like it spit out a bunch of errors when I loaded it into a clean install of the distro. Maybe it won't totally break things, but thought I should at least point out the errors that were received..

elinks

We have a web filter that blocks web content. During the install, /etc/pbx_first_boot.sh gets executed and does not have internet access (the filter injects 401's). Typically, I would use a terminal browser such as elinks (included in a standard centos install) to log in and authenticate and then run the script, but no terminal browser is installed. I'd like to request that the elinks rpm be bundled in with the installer cd.

Centos 6.2 x86_64 rpm: http://vault.centos.org/6.2/os/x86_64/Packages/elinks-0.12-0.20.pre5.el6.x86_64.rpm
Centos 6.2 i686 rpm: http://vault.centos.org/6.2/os/i386/Packages/elinks-0.12-0.20.pre5.el6.i686.rpm

nss_compat_ossl dependency
6.2 x86_64 rpm: http://vault.centos.org/6.2/os/x86_64/Packages/nss_compat_ossl-0.9.6-1.el6.x86_64.rpm
6.2 i686 rpm: http://vault.centos.org/6.2/os/i386/Packages/nss_compat_ossl-0.9.6-1.el6.i686.rpm

for x86_64, package + dependency is only 874Kb
