About Our Services

The FreePBX Team is able to provide a wide variety of support and professional services. Unlike other support organizations that service this market, we are not only skilled in troubleshooting areas; we are the top quality professionals who design, develop and run this great project. Using our services also provides a revenue stream for the development and maintenance of FreePBX which has received thousands of hours of donated time from our staff. Products with similar functionality would cost you tens of thousands of dollars in the traditional telco PBX market.

When purchasing support, you may choose to apply some or all of your support towards the project where it will be applied towards further development and maintenance of FreePBX. This provides an opportunity to support the project if donations are not an option for your company. This is completely optional and if no choice is made, you will be credited in full towards the support time you purchase.

In order to engage us with your business requirements, we require support credits to be purchased at which point you will be able to enter your requested information into our ticketing system. Once entered we will get back to you through the system, email or by phone to follow-up and work on your needs.
